Hi, I have purchased a membership early this month and all my 200 gb data was taken. I have just purchased another and the same thing has happened. How do we resolve this ?

Your issue isn't totally clear.

What exactly do you mean by "my 200GB data was taken"?

The second membership is irrelevant here as it will have stacked on your account to kick in when your current membership runs its full monthly course and expires early next month. It should be listed as an "upcoming" membership here:

If you use up your membership data allowance up before the membership month is up then you'll need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data in order to use mobile data for the rest of the membership month.

Buying a new membership is no use as it won't start immediately but will stack on your account to kick in when the current membership exactly expires.
