48 isn't working

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - I e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Are calls and texts working? 

Did anything change since it was working ok? 

Phone software update, settings changes, factory reset, new phone, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Are your APN settings still correct?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to ensure that they are: 

What happens when you try to use mobile data? 

Any error messages? 

Do you have an active membership plan and a non-zero data allowance balance?
