What is the next step to get a refund for failed transaction? I have emailed them 17 days ago, called them, went to some Indian call center who told me he has no access to the email system. Still nothing. Ported from another telco that became a scam and now 48 is becoming like another scam.
I've sent emails to both support and complaints addresses. Should I get ComReg involved?

If you're not getting a satisfactory response from 48 then escalate it to ComReg if necessary:

I've tried their complaints number already. Just sent an email to ComReg to escalate this. Shall see how this goes.
