What do you mean by "I've been talk to agent no help"?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Was this your first membership plan purchase in which case you will also have been charged the one-time activation fee?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status?
Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?
If you think that you need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support as nobody here on the Community Forum can assist with that.
