Hello, I hope you're okay. I paid for the next month's subscription, and the money was charged to my card, but it's not showing up in the app. What should I do next?

What if you use the website instead of the app? 

(I very rarely use the app since I can do everything that I want on the website and I've always found it more reliable than the app).

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan and expiry date? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any stacked upcoming membership plans?

When were you last able to successfully buy a membership plan?
