What exactly do you mean?

If you want to stop membership auto-renewal then simply switch that option off:

If you want to do something else then please clarify what it is.

Why do you keep posting the same thing and keep ignoring the fact that I've answered your question several times already...?!?!?!

I cancelled my sim sent it back after a few days as had no coverage and 2 months later they took €12.99 out of my account again ..how do I cancel this

I presume that you never did the following?

  1. Disabled membership plan auto-renewal
  2. Deleted your registered payment card details
  3. Ported your number from 48 to another provider 

Any/all of which would have ensured that no further membership plan renewal charges would be levied.

You should do at least 1 and 2 now. 

And contact 48 support to see if they can refund you the last plan payment.
