As far as I can see there is a general problem with payment processing on 48 at the moment.
When I try to make a payment I get this:
This issue cropped up here:
I have contacted 48 support about this so hopefully they will rectify the problem soon.

Update: 48 support confirmed the problem but say that buying stuff via the My48 app instead of the website should work.

I tried again via the website just now and a Gift Shop purchase of a membership for my son worked so I guess that the issue is now resolved.
