How do i move my number from an inactive account?

I have been using 48 since april and I always thought my number had been moved over but it never called. I've been trying to move my number since realising it was not moved but I can't with the old number being on an inactive account that can't send a verification code to change it. What do I do?

Chances are that you have lost that number at this stage.

But you might want to contact your old carrier and ask them if it's still available to you.

"If your old network SIM has no service or you cant receive the security code SMS then you'll need to make contact with your old provider as they'll have visibility of your old account."
