I'm switching from Vodafone I can't receive code to my Vodafone sim

Cannot receive calls

I've just joined 48 and everything seems fine on my end but when someone tries to call me they can't, it says call failed.

Can I go from Three users to 48? and keep the phone number the same

Can't order 48 SIM Card

I am trying to order my 48 SIM Card, however after I insert my name, Dublin Address and accept Terms and Conditions a message is shown saying "Something went wrong, please try later."Can someone help with this? Thanks
