Can't buy a plan due to "bundle in progress" error

Hi   I activated my sim yesterday afternoon but I have not being able to purchase a plan, It keeps telling me I have a bundle in place and it is not allowing me to purchase membership.  See attached   Paula Screen Shot 2024-04-04 at 12.13.51.png
