Moved from Virgin Media to 48 but still being charged by VM

Hello, I moved my number to 48 last month but I am still being charged by my old network virgin media. They said I choose prepaid as my old payment method instead of post/ bill paid. How to I change my port so I am not charged by my old network? Cian
