No mobile service

Problem porting my number. Logged a call via web chat. Now no mobile service on phone. Web chat disappeared and can’t contact 48 at all!

You'll have to keep trying as only 48 support can sort this out for you.
The chat seems to appear/disappear randomly unfortunately.
Some people claim that refreshing the page helps but that didn't work for me.
