Activating new 48 sim

I activated my sim card on my sim free Samsung A10 and received a text message from 48 informing me they were sending me mobile data settings and to go to save settings and then input PIN 0000. Where is this located to input?

Not arrived

Order sim over 10 days ago and still no sim as arrived it's says you get in 2 to 3 days

SIM not working

My New 48 SIM doesn’t seem to be working. I cannot access my 48 account either. So cannot request a new SIM. BUT my number has transferred to 48 so cannot use my old SIM. Any solutions, anyone, please??!!
