Just joined but can't buy membership plan

Hi

just joined - cannot display dash board nor can I purchase a plan 
how long does the this all take to configure before I can see it

What happens when you try to view your My48 account Dashboard or buy a membership plan? 

Any error messages?

its just blank - (on two separate PCs so its not the browser!!) 

have sent an email to support
