What is the procedure of porting the SIM card?

Hi, I purchased 3 SIM cards, but I am able to have only one under my account? When I tried to changed my number from previous provider I am getting a message error saying unable to switch a number?? TIA

Its been 2 days since i ported but still its showing your number is currently being ported over to 48. This can take a few hours. We'll text you when you're good to go. Still I haven't received any text. Kindly check this.
