Between networks and wish to NOT proceed with 48 contract

DavidD7543
Newcomer

Hi,

I was considering switching to 48 and my number has been removed from my old network by 48. However, I haven't signed any contract yet with 48 and have decided to just remain with my old network (3). Can someone from 48 please cancel my number from the 48 network so that I can move back to 3?

Thanks

David

You don't sign any contract with 48.

You just activate your SIM and optionally port your number over.

If you've done the latter then I think that the only way to get your number "back" is to port it to another mobile provider.

You should contact 48 support to ask them about this.

See the link in my signature below or email them at support@48months.zendesk.com

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
