Can't move my number

I have received a 48 sim card as a gift a month ago, but decided to finish using my previous providers' offer which expired at the end of October. I have topped up the 48 sim can and unlocked it, but my phone number is all different. I want to change...

Voice mail

I cannot activate voicemail. People phoning me cannot leave a message. Have tried oo4 + 0062, etc as per chat service but no good. No follow up to solve from 48Any ideas, thanks
