I ordered a sim card but I'd like to know can I get another for my wife

Yes, but not on the same account if that's what you mean.

You need a separate email address, account, login, membership etc for each SIM.

48 don't support family or group accounts for managing more than one SIM as some other providers do.

So follow the same steps for a second SIM as you did for your own:
