Did you activate your SIM?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
If you do a manual search for networks what ones do you see?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then try again after enabling roaming/data roaming.
If you can't get any network connection after all that then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
