Hi. If somebody is on a bill pay with Vodafone (almost at end of contract), can they switch to 48 and keep their old number. I know the phone will require unlocking.

I have moved to 48 and went through the process of moving my old number but it has not moved. I have been given a new number. I want to move my old number and cancel the new one. What do I do?
