SIM ordered 2 days ago hasn't arrived yet

i have applied for the sim 2 days before but still sim has not reached to my address

Can't activate SIM - says too many ordered from my address

I ordered sim in 48 but it is popping that many has ordered in this address but this is the first time I am ordering

Where do I find my account number from my previous SIM?

Why have an activation fee? you just lost a customer, and I'm sure many more are just like me.
