Resolved! Moved to 48 & chose to keep old number but it didn't

Hi, I swapped over last night to 48 and chose to keep my number but it hasn’t keep my old number. I can’t figure out how to contact 48 for help…it says to hit the message button but I can’t see a message button anywhere?
