It asks me to put my phone number in which I did but won’t let me through it says it’s already used, I had an account about 10 years ago here hit same email, I just reset the password and used same account so how do I get my old mobile number to work again?

This problem has cropped up before where someone was with 48 before, moved away, and then moved back again using the same number. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with addressing this issue.
