Did you follow the instructions here?
Did you receive the porting security code by text message to your old SIM/number?
Did you get any error messages or texts/emails about the porting process?
When did you submit the porting request?
Note the number moving hours and processing times in the link above.
If the process generates any error messages or seems to be taking too long then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
