Can I activate a SIM while abroad?

Hello, I am just wondering if it is possible to activate a sim from abroad? I recently got a sim but I will be away for the next few months (in the EU). Do I need to be in Ireland to activate it?

Transferred my number from vodafone to 48 but lost my 48 sim card. Is there a way I can transfer my number back to vodafone while i wait dor my new 48 sim card?

Moving number seems to be taking too long

I have tried moving my number and it said it take 2 4 hours and I waited and it never moved over I am very unhappy customer
