If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to post a bit more information than that. 

You post was blank and the subject like doesn't really give a lot of information.

What exactly are you trying to pay for (membership, add-on, cash credit?) and how exactly are you trying to do this? 

Using the app or the website? 

If you try the app instead of the website or vice versa does it make any difference?

What exactly happens when you try to make a payment?

Any error messages? 

What happens if you use this link? 

When were you last able to make a payment successfully? 

Are your payment card details still valid?
