Ported number yesterday but can't buy membership

I tried to port from yesterday from Tesco to 48 I am getting data now to use but I can't call and can't buy membership what should I do

What happens when you try to buy a membership here? 

Any error messages?

What number is displayed on your My48 account - the one that you asked to be ported over or a new 089 number? 

What happens when you try to make a call? Any error messages?
