Do you mean your old phone number or old email address?

48 two factor authentication sends the code by email not by text message.

If you actually mean your old email address then see here:

What happens if I don’t have access to my registered email? : You’ll need access to your registered email to reset your password and complete verification when signing in. If you can’t access it, contact our Care team and we’ll help you get back into your account.

If you do mean your old phone number then you'll probably need to contact 48 support in that case too.

See the links in my signature below.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat or email ([email protected]).
