SIM activation code not working

Hi, I just got the 48 SIM card. And I was asked to put the activation code which I did, but seems not to be working. What should I do?

What exactly is not working?

If it's the SIM activation process (did you get any error messages?) then see here - in particular the section titled "Activation code problems":

If the SIM was successfully activated but you are not getting a network connection/service then is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

If it is then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If not then enable roaming and try again.

For mobile data you'll need to configure your APN settings - text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:

If the problem is something else then please describe clearly and in detail what the issue is and any error messages that you get etc.
