Problem switching to 48 - "MSISDN already exists"

Im trying to activate my sim and transfer existing number, I keep getting error "msisdn number already exists", not sure what to do now

Your number may have been with 48 in the past. 

That's what sometimes causes this error. 

It has been reported several times before: 

Or it may be due to something else. 

You'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

Yes as Dalyer has said, just contact support. I had this problem too. Support were able to do it from their end for me.
