Sim activation

Hi, I was transferring my Tesco Mobile number to my new 48 SIM. I started the number transfer through the 48 SIM activation/QR code. After doing this, my Tesco SIM stopped working and my 48 SIM is also showing no service. When I try to enter my Tesco number again on the 48 website, it says “Sorry! This MSISDN already exists.” Please check the status of my port and activate/complete the transfer to my 48 SIM. I cannot receive SMS on my Tesco SIM anymore.

"This MSISDN already exists" sometimes happens when you port a number to 48 that was previously with 48 at some point in the past. 

You'll most likely have to contact 48 support for assistance with this. 

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.
