SIM switch without active old sim

My old sim is not receiving SMS so can't activate the new 48 SIM. Is there another way?

You can still activate the 48 SIM but it will then use a new 089 number.

I presume that you mean that you're trying to activate your SIM and at the same time port your number from your old provider?

If your current SIM isn’t active and your unable to receive SMS to the number you want to keep, you’ll need to contact your old provider regarding your account. Your current number and SIM need to be active to move to 48.
