Port number to 48 but no service on Lyca any longer

Hi,

I have a Lyca sim and I want to port in to 48, I am not able to receive the code on my Lyca number. Do I need a active plan or I can just move to 48?

Please advice me as I have not made any recharge with Lyca.

The 48 account/membership has nothing to do with receiving the porting security text to your old number using your old provider's SIM.

You'll need to contact Lycamobile about this.

If your old network SIM has no service or you can't receive the security code SMS, then you will need to make contact with your old provider as they will have visibility of your old account.
