Hi there, I ordered a sim it’s been 2 weeks it hasn’t come. Can another be sent I need one as soon as possible. I would like to keep my current phone number please.

When can I expect my SIM to arrive?

We use An Post, so your SIM will be delivered within 3-6 working days (weekends & bank holidays excluded)! 😊.

If your SIM hasn’t arrived: If it has been over 6 days (not counting the weekend and bank holidays), then its looks like your SIM has gone astray. We’re sorry about that! 

To get you back on track, order a new SIM here & ensure that you enter your complete address.
