Hi my friend has sent me a referral link but I forgot to order my sim through it and have now ordered it throughout the website, can I link these in anyway or should I just order another one through the link?

Order another one via the referral link and use that instead of the original one. 

You'll probably need to use a different email address to create a new My48 account when doing this though.
