I'm trying to port my number, however your system will not take the account number I'm giving

Did you follow the instructions here?
What happens/goes wrong?
Any error messages?
Is the number that you're trying to port an Irish mobile number entered in the correct format?
I.e. 08XXXXXXXX with no spaces?
