Hi, I switched networks to 48 last week but it still hasn't processed for me so I'm left with no network. I'd like to be with 48 asap if you can let me know how that would be great, thanks.

Did you register/activate your 48 SIM properly and with no errors?

What does it say when you log into your online account?

If your number hasn't ported at this stage then you should contact support about this:

 

How do I keep my old number?
