hi i bought a phone and when i put the registered sim into it  i got a messege off 48 saying we cant send settings to your phone ,could you please tell me wha to do please

Yeah - I got that message with lots of phones and have never seen 48 manage to push settings to any phone that I have used or set up...

 

Try all of the steps here to configure your internet settings:
