The app seems to have been on the blink most or all of today unfortunately.
Looks like a server side issue.
You'll have to use the website for now instead.
Some phones misidentify "virtual" networks such as Tesco, 48, Lyca, GoMo etc.
If calls/texts/data are working ok on 48 then just ignore the fact that it's displaying Tesco instead of 48 as it's just a cosmetic issue.
