Can't get the app working and getting error occurred and try later. Can't be right as it seems to be all day??? However I can log in to website. App seems absolutely crap and doesn't auger well for the future. Is it a case of getting what you pay for? Just ported my number and worried whether it was a bad idea? Also shows Tesco Mobile even tho I changed Apn settings. Why won't app work? I'm using an Honor 10 android.

The app seems to have been on the blink most or all of today unfortunately.
Looks like a server side issue.
You'll have to use the website for now instead.
Some phones misidentify "virtual" networks such as Tesco, 48, Lyca, GoMo etc.
If calls/texts/data are working ok on 48 then just ignore the fact that it's displaying Tesco instead of 48 as it's just a cosmetic issue.
