My wife applied for and received a 48.ie sim card yesterday

My wife applied to join 48.ie and received a sim card yesterday while following the instructions we were asked to enter the account number (doesn't say what account I'm assuming that the number in question is the one for her previous provider which we had difficuly obtaining but now have. i joined 48.ie in January 2021 seamlessly without any hassle my email is patharty1949@gmail.com. My wife's email is finnualah@gmail.com and she is registered on 48.ie. 

Can you assist us in getting my wife's sim activated.
