Just joined 48 but can't make calls & membership not working

I am a new customer to 48. I have set up sim and created account. However when i log into my account i am unable to see anything on my dashboard. My payment plan is greyed out and i cant make out going calls. It looks like my membership isn't activated. I don't know how to do this. Please help. Unable to make calls and don't have any internet.  I am waiting 5 days now.

What exactly do you mean by "my payment plan is greyed out"?

Do you mean that the option to buy a membership plan is greyed out/disabled? 

If you're using the app then does it make any difference if you switch to the website or vice versa? 

You may need to contact 48 support about this and to get the situation rectified.
