I can’t login to activate my account

I have a Sim package and when I put in my email address and password the verification code is not coming through to my email. Do you know why that is?

What verification code are you referring to? 

There's no verification code for logging into your My48 account. 

The only verification code that 48 send is the security code for porting a number from another provider to 48.

And that goes by SMS not email .

Please clarify exactly what you're trying to do, the exact steps that you follow, what goes wrong, any error messages etc.
