Missing activation code for replacement SIM card

Hello,
I have received a replacement SIM card for my existing 48.ie account. I have used it for several years.
I am unable to activate the new SIM because the 8-digit activation code is missing from the designated box on the plastic card holder packaging.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed or manually activate the SIM card for my account?
