I was left with nothing, I wanted to activate the unlimited package and pay a one-time activation fee, the money was debited, there is nothing on my account, they still want to activate the package

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments? 

Did you successfully activate the SIM without errors? 

If you got any error messages when what were they?

Did you buy a membership plan? 

What does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?
