Ticket review

48 did not delete my old number from their database when I ported out on 07.10.26 to Lidl Connect, I am 6 working days trying to get a call service from Lidl, now I cannot port my number back in, it's a duplicate, do these tickets really take 3-5 day...

Number change over

I want to change over to 48 from 3. But ye keep saying there’s a problem on 3s part and it can’t go through. But iv contacted them and they said everything is good on there side

New

So I got a new sim and ye said I get a week free and still didn’t receive it

Moving to 48

It saying it failed as my previous network account number is wrong, but it will not allow me now to go to “move my number” to update it

November offer

Hi, I have activated my sim and now need to choose a plan. Before login a 9.99 offer is shown. When I log in I am only offered the 12.99 plan. ? Can anyone advise how I sign up for the 9.99 offer ? Thanks

24 Month Deal

I just signed up, and was oftered 6months at 9.99. That was 4 days ago. Now on the front page there is an offer for 2 years at 9.99. Do you reckon it's possible to get the better deal?

New customer referral

I am trying to set up an account with 48 for my husband. He has a basic Dora phone which he uses for calls and texts only as he has a stroke. I have entered his details but it won’t allow me to proceed

Overcharged

I recharged my sim on 20th October, it was with error and finally my Revolut is overcharged, I want my overcharged money back to my Account
