Hi awaiting txt to proceed with change to yourselves since yesterday at 4pm. Can you check if all ok for me please am anxious to have service/coverage

Hi, I had the same issue. Use the messaging service to contact 48. The first try had “failed”. Once he redid it, it took less than 3 hours. In the meantime I used my old provider

48 support don't respond to posts here on the community forum.

You'll have to contact them as per @EimearNB6862's post.

Note that the porting security text is sent to your current number and you need your old provider's SIM still installed and working in your phone to receive it.
