I can't top up my account for the first time. I get an error

What's the error message?

What are the exact steps that you are taking to make a payment/purchase?

Does it make any difference if you try the app instead of the website or vice versa?

Are your payment card details definitely correct and valid for online purchases?

I got that just now doing a test payment/purchase.

Looks like a problem with the site's payment processing generally.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

The problem with payments seems to be resolved now so you should try again.
