Your My48 account Dashboard or Transactions pages should clarify what membership plan you are on or have previously purchased:

However there seems to be a general problem with payments on the site at the moment.

When I try to maybe a payment/purchase I get this:

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

The problem with payments seems to be resolved now so you should try again.
