Can't port number - "this MSISDN already exists"

When I try to move my number, the website remind me that:"This msisdn already exists.", what should I do to keep my old number?

This sometimes happens if the number was with 48 in the past. 

You'll have to contact 48 support about this and in order to get your number ported.
