Hey I just lost my old sim bút I want to get my old number. Is that possible!

Your post isn't really that clear. 

By "old SIM" do you mean a SIM from your old provider? 

Is so then you presumably want to port your number over from them to 48?

In that case see here: 

In particular this: 

  • If your current SIM isn’t active and your unable to receive SMS to the number you want to keep, you’ll need to contact your old provider regarding your account. Your current number and SIM need to be active to move to 48.

If you mean that you lost your old 48 SIM and need a replacement with the same number then see here:
